How to Create a New Keyword:

1. Click Manage on the top Navigation Bar
2. Click Keyword on the left menu
3. Using drop down select desired group to place keyword (bolded listing)
4. Enter desired/available Keyword
5. Enter Note (just for internal use)
6. Enter Response (remember to include group name or company)
7. Optional: Select Auto Subscribe to have users opt-in for future message
8. Enter Already Subscribed Response
9. Optional: Select Notify to be alerted when users join group
10. Click Save
